  • Your Business wishes to participate in the Spring Conference either by buying your booth space for $50, donating door prizes, and/or donating printed materials/favors for registration packets.

Vendor Booth Request….

We hope that each one of you will consider being a conference vendor. This year our vendor spots will cost $50 and a door prize. The spots will include a table(s), two chairs, and electricity.Once you register as a vendor you can check off the items you need.

Vendor Booth Payment can be done during your registration process.  You will be able to include your booth workers too.

Freebies for Registration Packets

We need freebies and/or any marketing items for registration packet. It can be marketing items, doesn't even have to be all the same. 

There are a couple special requests to consider for Summer Conference ....

As you are deciding about joining the conference in July, think about this…. We are looking for Corporate and Major Sponsors for the 2016 Summer Conference. The Major sponsor is one that will be help fund the conference with $3,000.00 donation. For other levels of sponsorship please contact Steve McNeely. As you consider becoming a Major sponsor, this is what you get:

  • Major Sponsor gets their name in the title of Workshops, Keynote Speaker, etc.
  • Sponsorship Foyer/Entrance Sign
  • Conference Sponsorship Banner
  • We purchase a door prize from your business.
  • Digital Advertisement at the Conference
  • Website Advertisement – 300x 600 pixel banner and link to your website
  • Printed Media-Sponsorship flyer in registration packet
  • Special Laminated Conference Badges for you and workers
  • Ad Spot in printed Meeting program booklet.
  • Vendor Booth spot at conference.

Lunch Menu and Cost

The cost of lunch is $10.50 and is included in the price of the conference.  The Lunch is served on premises in the facilities commissary.  Last year's review of the meal was excellent.  The menu:

    Important Facts about The Palmetto GBA facility
    This complex is a NO SMOKING facility. You cannot smoke on the grounds or at any adjacent properties.

    You must have picture ID to enter the building and on your person at all time while in the facility. As you enter the building you will be given a SCBA ID badge at registration table.

    You must enter and exit only through the Lobby.

    Vendor Booths ... Make your equipment list now.  Spring is coming and you know you need stuff.  One vendor, Brushy Mountain, has announced that you can call your orders in starting February 17 for pick up at the Spring Meeting.

    Must See:  . Also Visit the South Carolina State Museum go to ..., the first Sunday of every month admission is $1.  A good place to visit is the RiverBanks Zoo and Garden ... go to

    Lodging.... There are many options for overnight stay in the area.  Ask for Special rates for this event.  Please see below....
